Linda Clarke, MSc (Hons), BA (Hons), Reg. Pract. A.P.P.I. Member ICLO-NLS
Linda works as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist in private practice, in Malahide, Co. Dublin and also in the voluntary sector where she works with members of the homeless community. She has worked as a psychotherapist for over 10 years and has a wide range of experience working with adults and adolescents who have presented with life difficulties such as depression, anxiety, sexuality, eating disorders, addictions, identity, obsessive thoughts and life changes.
Having completed an undergraduate degree in Psychoanalysis, Linda attended the Tivoli Institute completing a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy from University College Dublin having trained in St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin at the School of Psychotherapy.
Linda has guest lectured in DCU (Dept of Nursing) on the MSc programme in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. She has also worked as a Student Counsellor with NCAD (National College of Art and Design).
Linda has served on the Executive and Training committees of APPI, the professional and regulatory body for Psychoanalysis in Ireland of which she is also a Registered Practitioner member. She is a member of the ICP and ICLO-NLS.
